An AC Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly agreement where a service provider commits to scheduled preventive servicing plus a defined response window for breakdowns. For commercial sites, it's the difference between predictable cooling and chaotic ad-hoc repair bills.
Comprehensive AMC
Covers servicing + spare parts + gas refilling. Compressor is usually excluded unless explicitly listed. Best for older systems and high-uptime sites (clinics, server rooms, restaurants).
Non-comprehensive AMC
Covers only servicing visits and labour. Spares are billed separately at AMC-discounted rates. Best for newer systems still under OEM warranty.
